Delivery Informations
When ordering before 12:00 clock there is the possibility that goods will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 clock will generally be processed on the following day. Should an item not even be readily available, it will be immediately requested from us and resupplied to you. The subsequent delivery is from an amount of 50, - € net postage free within Germany. If a subsequent delivery is required, we ask you to indicate this on the order form. - Otherwise, we assume that items ordered are still wanted.

Per DHL: 5,95 €
Per UPS: 6,95 €
Zusatzkosten bei Nachnahme: 7,00 €
Bei zusätzlichen Leistungen (z.B. Expressversand) fallen weitere Kosten an. Pauschale in die EU:
Per DHL: 14,50 €
Per UPS: 15,50 €
Arrears and complaints All deliveries should be checked immediately upon receipt. Complaints must be made within a week and if necessary the appropriate merchandise is returned to us. Defective items will either be replaced or if requested we create a credit in the amount of the claimed value of the goods.
