SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
If you place your order before 12 o’clock midday, we will try our best to send your goods on the same day. If you order after 12 o’clock then we will work on your order the following day. If an article is not in stock, then it will be delivered at a later date. Within Germany “backorder” deliveries are free. Within the EU there is an additional delivery charge of 10 euro. If you do not wish to have “backorder” goods sent please can you state this in your original order, otherwise the goods will be sent to you automatically. All deliveries are at the expense and risk of the buyer. The deliveries are sent by DHL or UPS.
Postage within the EU will cost 15.50euro
For additional services (eg. Express delivery) there will be extra costs.

PAYMENT
We accept “cash on delivery”, bank transfer and paypal.
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

RETURNS
You may return any goods within one week of delivery. Please notify us within these 7 days if you would like to make any returns. You may send us a mail, fax or telephone. Your Items should be returned in their original packaging and if the item is faulty in a clear plastic bag. If we deliver the wrong item or it is faulty then we will reimburse the shipping costs. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense. You are responsible for return deliveries, so please make sure you are sufficiently covered if the items are lost or damaged during delivery.

SAMPLES
Any samples must be returned to us within 8 days of delivery otherwise you will be charged. Please inform us within these 8 days if you would like to return the samples to avoid being charged.

PRICE
All prices are in Euro and exclude VAT (unless otherwise stated) and postage. We reserve the right to change prices. Any changes in prices will be published in our website and kept to the minimum.

IMPROPER USE
We assume no liability for damages of any kind caused by negligence or improper handling of our articles. If it is not clear how to use an article, we will be happy to assist you.

This website is protected by copyright and any duplication in whole or in part is strictly prohibited. The design and appearance of various items depicted in this website, are protected by the unregistered design rights of copyright and is protected by the Design and Patent Act of 2001/2002. The unauthorized creation and / or marketing of copies of any products is a violation of these rights.

we have created this website with the utmost care and checked that the information contained is correct. If despite our efforts there are errors, we apologize, and do not accept liability for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our reasonable control. The colours of the images may also vary on different monitors. The products may differ from the shown picture. Thankyou for your understanding.
